If there is a malfunction with the bag or item with in 15 days please reach out and I will happily repair, ( buyer pays shipping) . I am not responsible for any damages cause by shipping provider. I am not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear. All known cosmetic flaws will be disclosed in item description and are marked AS-IS.
