Hello! Due to hygienic reasons all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, however if your bag arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied please reach out to me, and I would be happy to help!

All sales are final, due to hygienic purposes, I do not accept returns or give refunds. However, If you are unsatisfied with your item please contact me and we can work something out. If there is a malfunction with the bag or item with in 15 days please reach out and I will happily repair, ( buyer pays shipping) . I am not responsible for any damages cause by shipping provider. I am not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear.  All known cosmetic flaws will be disclosed in item description and are marked AS-IS.  I am Not responsible and can not be held liable for injury or damage for any persons or persons property due to misuse of bags or items sold on The Moody Raven.
